The founder of CRP is a business advisor with over 30 years of experience in operations, manufacturing and business development in Vietnam.
She began with 8 years in the automotive – motorcycle and manufacturing industry, moving through roles from sales, warehousing, accounting and import-export to production coordination and managing a Ford dealership in Nha Trang — building an execution-level foundation in business operations.
She then spent 18 years at the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in Hà Nội — leading business development, international relations and trade promotion — and 4 years at VCCI Central Vietnam – Central Highlands (Đà Nẵng).
On this foundation she developed systems thinking in business analysis, and a strength in mobilising and coordinating networks of experts, partners and resources, at home and abroad, for investment and business-development projects.
I believe many investments fail not for lack of capital or technology, but for lack of understanding of the local business environment. CRP was founded to close that gap — helping international investors make the right decisions and deliver effectively in Vietnam.
